Tanya Bak
At Aeom, Tanya brings on board a wealth of entrepreneurial experience and the drive for business excellence and creativity, furthering Aeom’s mission of delivering holistic wellness and transformative health and beauty innovations. It allows her to blend her deep-rooted passion for the world of beauty and a keen interest in holistic approaches she shares with her mother.
As a co-founder with Feryal Ouanes, Tanya brings a unique perspective and unwavering dedication to advancing the clinic’s innovative approach to health and beauty. Tanya Bak’s entrepreneurial spirit was cultivated from a young age, influenced by her parents, both successful business entrepreneurs in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
Growing up immersed in this dynamic environment, Tanya developed a profound understanding of business and a passion for innovation. Parallel to her academic pursuits, Tanya actively contributed to various family ventures, including Paris Star, a prominent cosmetic manufacturing and private labelling company that manages 12 leading mass-market cosmetic lines in the GCC region. This hands-on experience honed her business acumen and deepened her passion for the beauty industry.

With a mutual interest in and passion for the aesthetics and wellness industry, globetrotting mother and daughter, Feryal and Tanya, have spent years learning all they can about longevity and rejuvenation. Sharing an entrepreneurial spirit, the duo were keen to establish a clinic that would enable them to share their expertise sourced from Dubai, London, Paris and Monaco to enhance health, both in body and mind. With a professional team of medical experts by their side, Aeom is the UK’s first clinic to focus on wholistic rejuvenation and aspires to create a journey that offers a deeper understanding into rejuvenation and regenerative wellness for its clients.
